By accessing and using MRKT (mrkt.land), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MRKT is a digital marketplace that enables users to buy, sell, and trade:

• Telegram digital gifts and NFT collectibles on the TON blockchain
• Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) skins and in-game items

The service is currently available as a Telegram bot (@mrkt), with a web version under development.

3. User Accounts

You may authenticate via Telegram and/or Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. MRKT is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party credentials.

4. Transactions

All trades on MRKT are facilitated through the platform. Prices are determined by users. MRKT charges a 0% marketplace fee to both buyers and sellers on transactions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Digital Assets

MRKT provides storage for digital assets (gifts, skins). You retain ownership of your items. MRKT acts as an intermediary and custodian during the trading process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate prices or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Interfering with the operation of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

MRKT is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from market fluctuations, third-party service outages (Telegram, Steam, TON), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MRKT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
